ADMISSION NOTICE
Admission into the 1 year Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm) course in the 3 Institute of Pharmacy attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2022
This is for information of all concerned that the provisional select list of candidate after the 1" round of offline counseling for admission into the 1st year D. Pharm course in the 3 Institute of Pharmacy attached to the Medical Colleges of Assam for the session, 2022, has been published which is now available in the official website of this Directorate www.dme.assam.gov.in.
All provisionally selected candidates are hereby directed to report to the office of the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges with all their original testimonials, Admit Card of CEE-2022, etc. on 18th and 19th January /2023 for admission, with following condition. If the candidates fail to get admitted within stipulated time, their allotted seat shall be cancelled.
Candidates are to deposit the original Admit Cards, Marks Sheets, Pass Certificates of HSLC and H.S.S.L.C. or Equivalent examination, Caste certificate, E.W.S. certificate etc. to the Principal of the respective Medical Colleges at the time of admission.

The admission of the candidates are subject to the satisfactory Medical fitness certificate issued by the Medical Board constituted by the respective Principal of the Medical Colleges.
All admissions are provisional.
